LOVE? What is it? :))

I'm just gonna put everything I know about love. Everything that I put here is based on experiences not just mine but others too. You know what? actually we're not too young to talk about it. I mean, LOVE IS EVERYWHERE! yea! I'm talking about romantic love. I mean, many people say we're too young to fall in love, too young to talk about it. But I really have a question. 'Is loving someone even if you're young a bad thing? I mean, when did loving became a bad thing? God didn't love us like that. The moment He made us He loved us until the end. He didn't do that when we're old enough to love right? So what I am saying is when cupid strikes you, he hits you hard. It doesn't matter whether you're a baby or not. What matter is, how you could handle it. Maybe cupid hits bad sometimes. (hey! nobody's perfect) and the next thing you know you fell in love with someone not fit for you, then you'll just realize it in the end. When love hurts, so many people say love are both a blessing and a burden. That's wrong! Do you know why people get hurt because of LOVE? because they're not perfect. People make mistakes and sometimes they made deep mistakes. Some people experience what makes them stronger and wiser. Stronger because after they're hurt, they are gonna move on and they'll think that 'hey! I've been experienced this before, so now I can handle it'. at first i thought, 'naahh. that's just a metaphor'. but then when i experienced it. damn! it DID hurt like hell. both physically and emotionally. okay I think I'm done and I've said what I know. Good luck na lang. i love you everyone!!!!

On Signs and People

We are people who thrive on signs! We may not be too conscious of it, but signs enter into our significant experiences everyday: the green of the traffic light on my my way to school, the "observe silence" sign inside the library, the smile from a friend from school. Signs simplify our life. Imagine how much worse the traffic situation in our city would be if we relied on traffic aides at every intersection armed with bullhorns.

Signs remind us that we are people who make sense in our world through our senses. Sometimes, however, we find ourselves trapped by the convenience of signs that we lose sight of the reality that the signs point to.

How a Camera Works?

A camera is likened to a dark room into which light enters only through a small hole in the window shade. On the opposite wall of the wall of the room, this light produces a dim inverted image of the object or scene outside the window. The lens of a camera admits light in the same manner. The light that passes through the lens forms an image on the film. A device called a shutter opens to let light enter the camera. It opens when a shutter release is pressed to take a picture.

A camera has a viewfinder which a photographer looks through to aim at the subject. The relationship of the distances between the lens, the subject and the film determines the sharpness of the image. The distance between the film and lens can be adjusted by a focusing machine before the shutter release is press to take a picture.

Unchanging Order of Events

For everything there is a season, and a time
for every affair under the heavens.
A time to be born, and a time to die;
a time to plant, and a time to pluck up what is planted.
A time to kill, and a time to heal;
a time to tear down, and a time to build.
A time to weep, and a time to laugh;
a time to mourn, and a time to dance.
A time to scatter stones, and a time to gather them;
a time to embrace and a time to refrain from embracing.
A time to seek, and a time to lose;
a time to keep and a time to cast away.
A time to rend, and a time to sew;
a time to be silent and a time to speak.
A time to love, and a time to hate;
a time of war and a time of peace.

UNDERSTAND HIS PRINCIPLES

We need to understand what the bible says, and how its principles can apply to all situations of life to give us guidance. For example, the bible clearly tells us:

  • Worship God, not idols (Ex. 20:3-4)
  • Honor your parents (Eph. 6:1-3)
  • Don't murder (Ex. 20:13)
  • Don't commit adultery (Heb. 13:4)
  • Don't lie (Ex. 20:16)
  • Forgive others (Mark 11:25)
  • Don't marry an unbeliever (2 Cor. 6:14-15)
  • Help a brother in need (1 John 3:16-19)
  • Don't steal (Eph. 4:28)
  • Be reconciled quickly to the person with whom you have a dispute (Matt. 5:23-24)

The list could go on and go on, but the point is this: The bible is full of God's clear commands that offer us direction for most of life's decisions. The more we know the God's written, the more quickly we will know what God wants us to do.

Never Give Up!

"Fight till the end" and "Try and try until you succeed".

That have been my motto since childhood. God has given us just one life, one chance to live happily, so I try my best not to waste this chance. I know I need to study hard and always pray. When I graduate from college, I may take a break and enjoy life more. And I will go to abroad to earn more dollars! HAHA! just kidding. :p
